適用對象：非歐洲、土耳其、摩洛哥、阿爾及利亞及突尼西亞居民，或上述國家居民於上述國家外居留滿六個月以上且持有證明者。
票價說明：
1．年滿12歲計即需購買全票，4-11歲半價，4歲以下免費(但必須與大人票一起使用)。
青年特別票僅適用於26歲以下之青年人方可購買。
2•年滿60歲可享有銀髮族優惠價。
3．二至五人同行可購買團體票。
4．依購買天數，在效期內無限制搭乘以上法國國鐵火車，但票價不含餐飲，訂位及臥舖費用。
5．欲搭乘TGV高速火車和夜火車須事先訂位。
6．以上票價若有任何變動，恕不另行通知。
使用說明：
1．國鐵券須於第一次搭乘火車前或享用特殊優惠前由車站站務人員蓋生效章並由其填入乘客之護照號碼(同行票之所有乘客需全部到場)。如無蓋生效章而經查獲及罰款，旅客需自行負責。
2．每日第一次搭乘前，請將正確搭乘日期填於國鐵券上且勿塗改。如搭乘19:00後出發之直達夜車，則應填入次日之日期，此日期應在票券有效期限內。
3．國鐵券需於開立起6個月內啟用，票券期限以購買天數的最後一天午夜前有效。
4．國鐵券不包含座位預約，請持有者找未標明「已預約」之座位。如持有者已事先預約座位，則請對號入座。
5．搭乘跨國火車，請確認火車行經之國家相關簽證已於行前辦理並隨身攜帶以便查驗，避免不必要的困擾。
